Hotel Angeleno (the “Company”) is a Controller (as defined in the GDPR) and responsible for your personal data that we collect.

 

We are committed to providing our customers and website visitors of the Hotel Angeleno (the “Property”) with the best service possible while also respecting their right to privacy.  The Company collects information about its customers and website visitors so that we can provide them with a personalized experience that is customized for their needs.  This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects and uses the information that our customers and website visitors share with us, as well as the precautions that we take to protect the confidentiality of their information.

Occasionally we will combine information from a number of Guests to better understand trends and your expectations. When this occurs, all identifiers are removed and the aggregate, anonymized information cannot be linked to any specific individual.

We collect your personal information while monitoring our technology tools and services, including comment cards and email communications sent to and from Hotel Angeleno.

When you make a purchase through our website; when you make a reservation online, by calling our Reservation Office or by contacting our hotel directly when you check-in to the hotel a registration card is used to collect personal data.

We also receive information about you from other sources, such as our business partners and publicly available sources. We combine information that we have about you from various sources, including the information that you have provided to us.

 

We may also collect information from you through the use of cookies, when you visit our website. Finally, we may collect your photographs from public, available sources so that we can recognize you in order to provide you with superior customer service.

ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

We understand that you may like to know what personal information we hold about you. We are happy to assist you with your request. To protect your personal information, however, we require that you prove your identity to us at the time your request is made.

We do not knowingly sell, collect or process any personal data related to children under 16 years of age.

Hotel Angeleno has sold personal data in the last 12 months:

• By allowing partner advertising networks to embed and place cookies or other tracking technologies through our sites.
• By sharing pseudonymized or hashed identifiers with advertising networks to create audiences for use in various online advertising.

 

California residents have the right to request:

You can opt out of having PII and any specific personally identifiable information shared with third parties for those third parties’ marketing purposes by emailing info@hotelangeleno.com.  

Do-Not-Track Signals and Similar Mechanisms. Our website responds to and supports the Do Not Track (DNT) header request field. If you turn DNT on in your browser, those preferences are communicated to us in the HTTP request header, and we will not track your browsing behavior.
